The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides clinical support and patient care within the Internal Medicine department.
Assists in administering tests and treatments while ensuring patient safety and compliance with medical guidelines.
Works closely with physicians and clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with patient assessments and document medical histories.
Administer allergy tests and treatments, as directed by the physician.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and reactions to allergy treatments.
Educate patients on allergy management, medication usage, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all medical guidelines.
Provide assistance with other clinical tasks as needed, such as preparing equipment and supplies.

Required Qualifications
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Previous experience in a clinical setting
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and team members.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and medical procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Epic.
BLS certification required.
COVID-19 vaccination required.
