Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist role requires a graduate from an
accredited program and a valid state license or pending license,
located at Mulford Clinic in Rockford. New graduates are encouraged
to apply, with mentoring available. Responsibilities include
evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans
using exercises, manual techniques, and physical agents. Maintains
thorough documentation, communicates with healthcare teams, and
participates in quality improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Provides patient education, mentors new staff, and contributes to
department training programs. Demonstrates a commitment to quality,
service, partnering, and cost management, aligning with a culture
of excellence. Requires NBCOT certification, CPR/BLS within 90
days, and background checks. Work involves physical activity,
serving diverse age groups, and occupational exposure. The
