Requirements for -Staff Development Coordinator (SDC):

RN or LPN in state of Massachusetts
SDC experience preferred

Job Duties for Staff Development Coordinator (SDC):

Dementia training and policy and procedures
Conducts the facility new hire orientation process
Teaches and facilitates Nurse Aide Training Program
Participates in the facility Quality assurance process
Maintains staff licensure, certification, physicals and immunization for compliance
Collecting necessary mandatory education related to fire safety
