Class: AideCrisis Notice: Plymouth County greater than 5%
positivity. All personnel regardless of vaccination status must
test weekly. Must show test results.
*** COVID testing is not required for Vaccinated associates unless
symptomatic or if there is an exposure/outbreak Unvaccinated
associates require weekly PCR or Saliva test. Results must be in
hand and brought to the community. Agency employees may not work in
the community until the negative result is received. An attestation
confirming this initial negative result is not acceptable to
