Schedule:Tue, 8am-4pm, Wed & Thu 8am-8pm, Fri 8am-4pm Rate: $78,000 / year Sign on Bonus :$5000; $1666.66 upon completion of 30 days, $1666.66 upon completion of 6 months, $1666.66 upon completion of 12 months The Lead Nurse for the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) works as part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments; assessing physical health needs; making appropriate referrals to community physicians; coordinating and organizing psychopharmacology services, and providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist; providing a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services; and sharing shift-management responsibility with other staff. Additionally, the PACT Lead Nurse supervises the other two nurses on the team in the area of medical/medication issues. Provide case management and ongoing assessment for an assigned group of persons served, including coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team (ITT);
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of psychiatric history, mental status, and diagnosis; physical and dental health; use of drugs or alcohol; education and employment; social development and functioning activities of daily living; and family structure and relationships
Perform shift management in coordination with other PACT shift managers
Provide on-call crisis intervention
In collaboration with team nurses, manage pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
In collaboration with team Psychiatrist, coordinate, schedule, and administer medical assessments of persons served physical health, make referrals to community physicians and coordinate psychiatric treatment with medical treatment.

Requirements: Vaccine Mandate Policy All new employees, interns, and volunteers within Vinfen's Massachusetts programs will be required to be fully vaccinated (14 days beyond last shot of Pfizer or Moderna or 14 days beyond receiving a Johnson and Johnson vaccine), or have received the first shot in a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) with an appointment scheduled for the second dose. A 2nd dose must be received within six weeks of hire and the first shot prior to New Employee Orientation or have an approved exemption for medical or religious reasons by the first day of employment with Vinfen. Five years direct experience in clinical program management, quality improvement & supervision in a mental health setting.
RN in Massachusetts required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. In some cases, experience may be substituted for education.
