Weekend Per Diem Registered Nurse, RNHome Health CareFlexible Weekend Hours -BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Per Diem -Registered Nurse, RN -making home care visits to residents -in Senior Living Communities (Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Living Facilities) in Plymouth, Carver, Middleborough and Surrounding Towns. • Making -visits to clients in designated Senior Living Communities, including Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Living Facilities
• Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments and procedures
• Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Following up with, executing and properly documenting doctors' orders
• Performing client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordinationQualifications include:
  • A -current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Recent clinical (medical/surgical or sub-acute) experience
  • Prior home care experience is a plus
