Job Description:
Minimum Requirements: Current Mass RN licenseCurrent AHA BLS and
ACLS certification required. At least 1 year recent (within the
last 12months) critical care experience required; ability to
demonstrate competency in core critical care skills: ventilator
management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic
monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post
STEMI care; evidence of relevant continuing educationRecommended
Requirements: BSN & CCRN Preferred. Documented professional
development activities. As with all job assignments, staff may be
floated to areas where they are needed. Preference will be given,
by seniority, to those qualified nurses who were serially displaced
within the 18 months following his/her displacement according to
MNA contract section 9.4 (f)(1).
