We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual looking to advance their career within the pharmaceutical industry. As our client is expanding, they require an Associate Director specializing in data strategy and vendor management with experience working on rare diseases datasets.Key Responsibilities:Data Strategy- Develop and implement strategic plans that optimize data collection processes while ensuring compliance.- Analyze complex business problems related to data integration, quality, security or availability across all platforms.Vendor Management - Build relationships with vendors from different domains such as healthcare technology providers through contract negotiations among others. - Oversee service delivery by assessing performance metrics against expectations.QualificationsEducation/Certification/Licensure Requirements:-Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD/MBA).-A minimum 10 years' relevant work experience managing large-scale projects/data sets preferably within commercial operations space-Knowledgeable about EPM tools like MS Project / other project tracking tool(s) Skills needed:-Demonstrated ability leading teams towards success on cross-functional enterprise level efforts implementing best practices around systems architecture standards especially when using Cloud technologies..-Proven track record negotiating contracts at scale ($100M+) across multiple BUs/vendors/agencies globally including regulatory affairs if possibleIf you possess these qualifications and skills along with great leadership qualities coupled up enthusiasm then we want YOU!Base salary range $175,000-195,000 + bonus & LTI
