RN RN Nurse Manager - Plymouth, MA

Summary:
Within the framework of the objectives and policies established by the Executive Director, the Nurse

Manager will plan and coordinate nursing services with those of the medical and administrative systems.

The Nurse Manager will participate as a member of the practice's management team in planning, policy
formulation, and administrative decision-making with attention to the role, functions, and operations of
the practice's nursing services. The position is responsible for patient care, personnel management, and
resource management

Supervisory Responsibilities:
--- Responsible for managing, directing, and supervising the following functions: nursing, medical
assisting, laboratory, phlebotomy, and patient activities.
--- Responsible for staff performance, staff recruitment, staff retention, and staff development.

Required Skills/Abilities:
--- Outstanding organizational skills.
--- Thorough understanding of nursing management strategies.
--- Knowledge of the foundations of health laws.
--- Working knowledge of statistics and research methodologies.
Education and Experience:
--- Professional nurse with a current state license.
--- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing
--- At least five years of supervisory experience in a nursing environment.
