(www.mikegoulian.com) -Mike Goulian Aviation is an award-winning general aviation company that focuses on training pilots and aircraft owners to fly Cirrus Aircraft, and provide pilot mentorship, aircraft management, and maintenance, for these aircraft. This team works with only the latest amazing equipment and takes pride in delivering an industry leading level of customer service to its family of clients. Its headquarters are co-located with Goulian Aerosports in Plymouth, MA and has a 2nd location in Bedford, MA. (www.mikegoulianaviation.com) -Essential Functions (the work you'll do---) -The Marketing Manager will be challenged with the following responsibilities:

• Create and implement overall corporate marketing strategies.
• Mange and execute the relationships with different vendors for content creation, web site development, uniform and merchandise design, logo creation, and sales collateral.
• Create and implement digital marketing strategies that increase engagement and interaction with clients and fans on the most popular social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Write copy for blog and social media posts, newsletters, website content, press releases, articles, video scripts and other essential tools to clearly communicate our brand message and image.
• Create and implement the use of brand guidelines.
• Manage merchandise sales via various channels.
• Manage sponsorship reporting for corporate partners.
• Work closely with a high performing team the team and help out in other job functions as needed. -Position Requirements (what we need from you---)

  • Experience with website editing and maintenance (Wordpress experience a plus).

  • Willing to travel to some events and between our two Massachusetts locations.
  • Neat and professional personal appearance.
  • Computer experience: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Apple platform
  • Aviation experience a plus, but not a requirement
