At most sites, services are provided during the day and many clinics have evening hours. We offer individual, group, medication management, and family services to address diverse clinical needs. Wage: $35 - $43MULTI-SERVICE SITE DIRECTOR$2000K Sign-On Bonus!!This is a unique Opportunity to lead a Multi-Service Behavioral Health team at a brand-new location in Plymouth MA!High Point, a known provider of behavioral health services in Southeastern Ma, is looking for a highly skilled leader to Direct this dynamic new site that has combined an existing outpatient program with several new initiatives and moved to a brand-new location. Various services offered at this site include:Outpatient Mental Health Counseling, OTP, BHCP, CBHI, CBRS, OBOT & MAT services.We are looking for a skilled leader experienced in Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders, as well as Program Management to provide vision and leadership at this program.The position is salaried at 40 hours a week, with flexibility for limited remote work.A robust benefits package is offered with flexible leave timeThe leader will:

  • oversee the varied programs within the site to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility of the various grants currently providing services within and from the program
  • Professionally present the organization within the community
  • Seek out new initiatives and opportunities to support client/patient needs
  • Participate in RFR processes
  • Work collaboratively with peers within the organization and greater community
  • Report to the COORequirements for the position:
    • Independently licensed and Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work, minimum of (3) years of clinical supervisory experience
    • (5) years of behavioral health experience.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and staff;
    • Experience with EHR systems
      • Strong computer skills, including Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
