The responsibilities as a Senior Program Management Lead would include:

• Lead the team to translate Compound Development Team strategy into an integrated, executable plan. This includes scenario planning, governance approvals, prioritization and optimizing plans
• Lead the team through the complexities of drug development, governance and stakeholder management, to obtain strategy approval and secure necessary resources. Drive insight generation, interpretation and implementation to facilitate decision making and strategy refinement.
• Work with standard budgeting and forecasting models
• Manage Compound Development Team, Clinical Team, and Program Management Team information, documentation, and team communications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of the Compound Development Team strategy and operational status throughout the Company and between co-development partners and/or other external partners (as required).
• Ensure documentation of team meetings, key decisions, action items and cross functional communication.
• Help shape reporting processes and tools established by the Therapeutic Area Lead or business area leadership, and portfolio management. Assist with portfolio analyses on request.
• Partner with cross functional leads at the program level to assure end to end program oversight; and to identify and mitigate risks and issues to maintain quality, timelines, resources and budget
• Lead cross-functional readiness for stage gate reviews and governance reviews and decisions Requirements 10 years of combined Project Management, Consulting, and Life Sciences experience - Clinical Trials, Vaccines, Product Development, R&D experience required. Experienced as a Project or Program Manager in a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology and/or as a Sr. Consultant in a Life Sciences practice in a consulting firm Expert level mastery of MS Project 5 years high level leadership experience Desired Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management certification Process Excellence, Six Sigma training, or Change Management training Science, engineering or related degree(s) Master's degree or MBA or other advanced degree As a W-2 employee with FlexPro, you will receive a competitive annual salary, generous paid time off (10 paid holidays, plus 20 days PTO immediately, and 25 days PTO after 2 years), 401k with match (fully vested at 6 months), and health and welfare benefits (including medical, dental, STD, LTD, and life insurance), cell phone reimbursement and training.
