Identification of potential partners
--- Identify and analyze potential targets for strategic partnerships
--- Profile potential partners, including offerings, capabilities, geographies, competitor relationships
--- Present to leadership and other stakeholders, with point of view and recommendations
Relationship management
--- Manage and cultivate relationships with technology partners engaged to technology-enable research sites and other provider institutions
--- Serve as single point of contact for IQVIA with technology partners through various stages of relationship development
--- Build expertise about partner company, including company organization/leadership, strategies, financials, priorities, etc.; become "internal expert" on partner company
--- Own communication across IQVIA regarding HRE partnerships
Agreement/terms development & contract management
--- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders impacted by partnership to reflect their needs, concerns for the partnership
--- Represent IQVIA's commercial interests in negotiations
--- Identify differentiating value from the collaboration between IQVIA and each partner
--- Develop term sheets; includes negotiation of terms
--- Lead and drive contracting process, in coordination with IQVIA Legal and / or Corporate Development,
--- Develop partnership success metrics
--- Monitor and assure relevant contractual and IP obligations and milestones are met
Operational Rollout & Hand-Off
--- Work cross-functionally with operations SMEs as they plan and deploy partner tools and related processes
--- Collaborate with key operations staff on training and rollout activities
--- When a partnership reaches certain maturity, oversee transitions to long term operational and/or business owners
Contribute to overall program success
--- Support business case development activities
--- Deliver regular program status reports
