Competitive Compensation: Excellent hourly pay (DOE) 401(k) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Paid Holidays, PTO, Sick Leave, and Your Birthday Off Stable Company: No layoffs in decades, even during COVID Career Growth: Hands-on training and grooming for long-term advancement Collaborative, Family-Oriented Team Environment Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Assemble mechanical and electrical components per blueprints or wiring diagrams Install belts, pulleys, rollers, sprockets, and sub-assemblies Wire and connect motors, switches, and electrical controls Operate overhead cranes and forklifts for assembly support Assist in troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards per FDA/USDA requirements You should have most of the following: High School Diploma or GED required 1–3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or general assembly (manufacturing or industrial preferred) Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical wiring preferred Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs. regularly (with or without assistance) Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Interested in hearing more?
