Job Description Job Description Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1 years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed professional is needed to provide counseling services within an elementary school setting. This role supports students by addressing emotional and behavioral needs, ideally within a structured and supportive environment.
