Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavior
Specialist position is available in Somerville, MA, serving an
elementary school setting with a focus on supporting preschool and
kindergarten students aged 3 to 6 years old. This contract role
runs from ASAP through June, with typical hours from 7:45 AM to
3:30 PM, totaling 35 hours per week. This opportunity involves
working within a diverse and inclusive school community that
prioritizes the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional
development of each student. The district is dedicated to creating

learners. Key responsibilities include: Providing behavior support
and interventions tailored to young learners in preschool and
kindergarten classrooms Collaborating with educators and community
partners within ASD programs Utilizing BCBA expertise to address
student needs effectively Monitoring and adapting behavioral
strategies to promote positive outcomes for students
Qualifications: Must hold a current Massachusetts BCBA license
Experience working with early childhood populations, specifically
within ASD programs, preferred Strong understanding of behavior
analysis principles in educational settings Ability to collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams including school psychologists and
