Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavior Specialist position is available in Somerville, MA, serving an elementary school setting with a focus on supporting preschool and kindergarten students aged 3 to 6 years old. This contract role runs from ASAP through June, with typical hours from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 35 hours per week. This opportunity involves working within a diverse and inclusive school community that prioritizes the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of each student. The district is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment that nurtures curiosity, respects individuality, and fosters a strong sense of self-worth among all learners.
