Job Description Job Description Salary: Summary Super Service Today is looking for skilled HVAC Installers to install residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This role is ideal for hands-on professionals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Remove and dispose of old equipment safely and properly Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards Perform system start-ups and basic operational testing Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth job completion Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience HVAC license preferred, but non-licensed installers accepted with sufficient experience Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills Experience with residential installations Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
