Entrada is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company aiming to

medicines that engage intracellular targets that have long been
considered inaccessible. Our Endosomal Escape Vehicle
(EEV™)-therapeutics are designed to enable the efficient
intracellular delivery of a wide range of therapeutics into a
variety of organs and tissues, resulting in an improved therapeutic
index. Through this proprietary, versatile and modular approach,
Entrada is advancing a robust development portfolio of RNA- and
protein-based programs for the potential treatment of neuromuscular
and ocular diseases, among others. Our lead oligonucleotide
programs are in development for the potential treatment of people
living with Duchenne who are exon 44, 45, 50 and 51 skipping
amenable. Entrada has partnered to develop a clinical-stage
program, VX-670, for myotonic dystrophy type 1. We are a tight-knit

relationships inside and outside the company. The Opportunity The
Administrative & Events Associate will play a key role in the
advancement of all organizational objectives by providing
administrative support to members of the Entrada senior leadership
team. This role will report directly into the Chief Corporate
Affairs Officer and focus on high-level support to the President &
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, and SVP
of People. The ideal candidate will serve as a key culture
ambassador for Entrada, through its influence and daily
interactions with both internal team members and key external
stakeholders as well as their influence on the advancement of
employee experience and patient advocacy initiatives.
Responsibilities Provide dynamic administrative support to
designated senior leadership. Execute a wide range of operational
tasks such as frequent and complex calendar scheduling, group and
external meeting coordination, and drafting of correspondence
(sometimes of a confidential nature), all while ensuring there is
an eye to detail, and proactively identifying issues and solving
for them. Lead and/or partner on special projects and events, such
as meetings for companywide initiatives, patient advocacy events
and conferences, vendor visits, in-person team meetings, etc.
Organize in-office celebrations, including monthly birthday and
promotion cycle treats, and leverage incoming rewards and
recognition platform. Act as primary point of contact for the
planning and execution of employee experience events including
summer & winter parties, EPIC events, and any relevant needs.
Manage community Microsoft Teams channel, including adding new
employees to CQ, ERGS, Pets of Entrada, etc. at time of new hire
cohorts, and ensure regular update to internal list serves. Oversee
scheduling and coordination for Extended Leadership Team meetings.
Coordinate and track domestic and international travel arrangements
and manage expense reporting for the executive management team.
Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and track financial
and budgetary activities for external patient advocacy sponsorships
and select corporate vendors. Format and refine PowerPoint
presentations and materials to support internal meetings as needed.
Collaborate with EAs, IT, Operations and other stakeholders to
support Entrada and its collective needs while identifying
efficiencies and solutions. Maintain employees’ confidence and
protect operations by keeping company proprietary information
confidential. Be an AV and technology super user to ensure
technology is working appropriately and troubleshoot any issues.

years of administrative experience with a proven track record of
experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s Degree
required, with start-up and/or biotech experience strongly
preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with
experience in materials development and a strong attention to
detail. Experience communicating with external parties,
organizations, and vendors acting as a representative of the
organization. Willingness to work occasional evenings to support
events or meetings. A highly flexible team player with demonstrated
professional maturity and the ability to readily prioritize and
anticipate needs while maintaining appropriate discretion.
Responsive and proactive, capable of working well under tight
deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands. Strong
communication, organizational and analytical skills. Ability to
work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of
confidentiality. Highly proficient technical skills including
expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.). This position is a hybrid working
model, with in office attendance during core working hours 2-3 days
a week at the Entrada Therapeutics Headquarters in Boston, MA.
