Job Description:

DescriptionOfficeTeam's engineering consulting company in Plymouth is looking for a well-organized, detail oriented, reliable, and professional individual to preform office administrative tasks in their growing headquartered office. You will be responsible for a number of tasks as this is a catch-all position to support the HR and Financial managers as well as the President. You will assist in organizing inter-office and client meetings, scanning, faxing, and filing documents, sorting daily mail, greeting visitors, office maintenance, ordering supplies, data entry projects, etc. Our client is looking for a determined, sharp individual who is looking to take a step in their career on a temporary to hire basis. You must be dependable, complete tasks not necessarily in the job description, and assist in the overall success/growth of the company.Location: PlymouthHours: Flexible part time, about 24-32 hours depending on volume of workDuration: Temporary to hirePay: $15-$17 temp, pays $20-$22 permRequirements

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
  • Ability to use the internet for research
  • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Administrative Assistance experience
  • Back office support experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Office Administration
  • Administrative Office experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience highly desired
  • Foundational knowledge in Maintain Office Supplies
  • Adeptness in Office Calendar
  • General familiarity with ordering office supplies and equipment
