Job Description Job Description Tax Advisor with Wealth Management Firm We're established Wealth Management firm based out of Boston, MA with 100 employees specializing our services for high net worth clientele with full service solutions including financial planning, tax preparation and review. We've got internal tax department to be the full service component for our clients. Responsibilities - Prepare complex tax returns for individual clients with high net worth (including Gift, Trust and Estate) - Review tax returns prepared by colleagues to ensure quality processing - Meet with clients and Trustees to present financial and tax planning strategies - Analyze and process quarterly estimated tax payments for assigned individual accounts - Utilize a variety of software applications related to tax research, planning and preparation including; BNA and ProSystem Fx Education, Experience & Qualifications - 7 years' of experience in individual tax return production environment - 5 years' experience in direct individual client environment involving financial planning & analysis - Current, high level of knowledge about individual and gift tax matters - Experience with fiduciary and estate tax returns preferred Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Commuter benefits Paid paternity leave Vision insurance Flexible hybrid schedule 401(k) Paid maternity leave - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
