Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Asset Manager to join our Management & Leadership team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in managing the company's assets to ensure the highest operational standards while enhancing profitability and upholding our commitment to environmental protection. This role focuses on strategic asset management, including lifecycle analysis, sustainability initiatives, and cost-efficient management of resources. Develop and implement asset management strategies that align with corporate environmental and sustainability goals. Oversee the maintenance, performance monitoring, and optimization of all physical assets to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Manage budgeting, procurement, and inventory processes related to assets while ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing environmental impact. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect assets and ensure business continuity. Collaborate with various departments to integrate asset management with company-wide policies and practices. Prepare detailed reports and forecasts on asset utilization and sustainability initiatives for senior leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of asset management professionals. Proven expertise in asset lifecycle management and sustainable practices. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts. Excellent organizational, leadership and decision-making skills. Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards. Proficiency with asset management software and analytical tools.
