Job Description:
Element Care is seeking a skilled Financial Planning &
Analytical Manager to join our dedicated team in enhancing the
financial operations supporting our comprehensive healthcare
services through the PACE program. This role is pivotal in ensuring
strategic financial decision-making, budget management, and fiscal
analysis to optimize our resources and promote the health and
wellbeing of the elderly community we serve. As part of a
non-profit organization, the Financial Planning & Analytical
Manager will handle financial forecasting, performance assessment,
and advisory tasks to maintain and improve our financial health and
service effectiveness. Lead the development and execution of
strategic financial plans and budgets in alignment with
organizational goals. Conduct detailed financial analysis to
identify trends, forecast health sector challenges, and evaluate
performance against key financial metrics. Collaborate with senior
management to develop innovative financial strategies and
solutions, supporting long-term financial stability and growth.
Manage financial risks by conducting continuous assessments and
proposing preventive measures. Prepare accurate and timely
financial reports for stakeholders to aid in decision-making and
compliance. Oversee regulatory and financial audits, ensuring
adherence to financial legislations and standards specific to the
healthcare industry. Mentor and guide the financial planning team,
fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools Strong
analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication
and presentation skills Solid understanding of healthcare financial
metrics and regulations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite, especially Excel Experience with financial software and ERPs
specific to healthcare sector Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred. Relevant financial
certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are highly advantageous.
