Digital Transformation Lead, you will work in partnership with the
Head of the OpU DD&T and OpU functions to develop and implement
strategies and tactical plans across the Operating Unit. You will
lead the digital transformation strategy across manufacturing
sites, ensuring alignment with corporate and local priorities. You
will harmonize digital roadmaps, guides execution, and develop
Industry 4.0 capabilities to improve operational performance. It
drives cross-functional collaboration, scales successful solutions,
and accelerates execution to ensure digital strategies deliver
measurable value and consistent implementation across the
organization. You will report into the Head of Data, Digital &
Technology- Biologics & SMO OpU. How you will contribute: Establish
and chair the OpU Digital and Data Council (Tier 4) Establish OpU
digital strategy and its implementation process Responsible for OpU
digital community alignment Partner with DD&T Site Heads to
develop, harmonize, and execute digital roadmaps for sites
Anticipate and address risks in digital initiatives, ensuring
continuous alignment with global and local business objectives
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a
technical discipline; Advanced degree preferred 10 years relevant
pharmaceutical industry experience Strong external network in
innovative digital technologies Expertise in GxP applications
landscape Strong expertise and experience in Data and Digital
Technologies Proven track record and expertise in defining and
implementing digital strategies across the value chain (Industry

Summary We understand compensation is an important factor as you

transparent with our pay practices. For Location: USA - MA - Hayden
- 45-55 U.S. Base Salary Range: $174,500.00 - $274,230.00 The
estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this
position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of
factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant
for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique
skills, level of education attained, certifications or other
professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant
lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual
base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local
minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based
employees may be eligible for short-term and/or
long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to
participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and
company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic
life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer

U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar
